Solved: Living in Europe

I now live in Europe but still have my uk phone number on contract.

I need to know the cheapest way of keeping that uk number without continually being charged roaming charges.

Can I change to a SIM only?

There are no roaming charges for any EU country but you are restricted to 63 days use in any 4 month period, so an O2 UK sim is not suitable for someone living abroad permanently.
