Assuming you have a fault on the phone, @euu216 - I would approach Apple first to be sure it is not something caused by a known defect that can be addressed by the Manufacturer.

As it's still under warranty you can approach either the supplier or manufacturer, however, O2 may attempt a repair, whereas Apple will usually just replace with an Apple refurbished device (depending on the fault and assuming it's a warrantable fault and not user damage).
