Hello. I announced on 15th November that I am leaving o2 but I have info's about data, minutes etc used and I noticed from 4 GB data I am down to 2 gb which I never asked for anyway. It shows that I ve got 24 days till next bill... When exactly is my end date with o2? I m confused. Thank you

How do you mean you 'announced'?

Have you cancelled the contract as per the process here?

You can check in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

or if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
