Hi,
I recently cancelled my 02 contract and was told I wouldn’t need to pay the next bill of £44. Yesterday the bill came out again, I’ve cancelled the direct debit from my bank but I’m just wondering if I’m able to get this money back that I was promised I wouldn’t have to pay?
