Lack of data coverage

Since moving to O2 in feb i have little or no data coverage, checked everything and best download speed from My Network speed test is 880kbps, website shows i should have much better coverage than i actually get, looking at the location of o2 masts the issue is unlikely to change.

It could be down to a number of reasons, but best to check on o2's status site https://status.o2.co.uk and report the poor speeds on the my network app.


Also Coverage Maps are a finger in the air guess of coverage, and should be not be taken as law.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
