Lack of coverage in USA since 4 weeks

Since 4 weeks being in the USA I haven’t been able to receive or make calls to UK or anywhere else. I’ve bought bolt ons and I’m fully paid up with a monthly direct debit. 
This is a new experience. I’m unable to contact O2 by phone also!

Is there a solution?

I’m using iPhone 15 Pro Max.

USA - Roaming with O2 

Calls are likely unavailable on PAYG

If on contract try T-Mobile network or AT&T depending on which you've auto connected to.

@Willwent2 If you download WhatsApp and use it over a WiFi connection you can call, text, or video call anyone in the UK or anywhere else for that matter who also has the app for free.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
