I’ve applied and completed the application to keep my old number when I move over to O2 (completed on the 22/11/21 before 5:30pm). It’s not worked and the feedback from it is to speak to someone on the webchat but of course no one is available to help! Not sure what I’m meant to do now!

Have you had a test message confirming the change @BKJ0530-00 ?
If not, you might need to fill the form out again (or contact customer services).
