hi I’ve just ordered a new contract with o2 but have an old o2 dim how to I transferred my number to new sim but still keep old one and get a new number for that?

Hi @Teddie145 

Once you have ported your number over, if you want a new changed number, you need to ask O2

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202. (once you have ported over)

Just to add, porting won't happen at the weekend or bank holiday Monday
