Hi I have tried several times now to use my PAC code from VOXI to keep my number moving to o2 sim.
Every time I fill out the form I get a rejection email ‘information provided for our security checks is incorrect’
there is no explanation of what information and no where to get help so hoped I could post here and get somewhere.
