I swapped my PAYG sim for a monthly contract. Following the change, all calls coming into the phone are being diverted to "messages", and I can't seem to change this. Before the sim-swap, this did not happen. How to rectify the issue, please?

Thank you for your advice. O2 say there was a problem migrating my account to the new one and that once completed the problem should disappear.

Hi and thank you for your support. O2 are now on the case, saying there was a problem with the migration.
