Hey trying to connect new iwatch 7 cellular to airplan, signed up yesterday contacted o2 who pushed me onto Apple which was no help.
Paid airplan got message ready to set up but when I go to set up mobile data it just. Says “something wrong try again and if problem continues contact o2 quoting reference code 14”
anyone any ideas? O2 has been no help so far

There is a current problem with sim activations which O2 are hoping will be fixed by Friday.
