Hello,
I'm experiencing issues with roaming here in Italy (I've been in Sicily and Naples). I can't use my phone at all because I have no signal so I can't make calls or receive it, I can't access my O2 account because I can't receive login confirmation message if I don't have signal.
How I suppose to resolve the problem? I just renovate my contract with O2 and I'm already disappointed, this is annoying because I'm in Sicily and I disconnected if I have an emergency it's like don't have a phone at all.

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

@ValentinaMare I noticed you tagged O2Lisa. All the agents were removed from here 12 months ago.
Looks like you need to follow the advice to contact O2 via Social Media
