Hello I bought an iPad through 02 and I had a sim with it but I have never got this to work on the iPad can you help me to this work so I can make calls on my iPad, the mobile number is ***********, I have just switched to a eSIM to see if this would work.

Switching to eSIM on O2 has probably not helped any, @LewGop - see if this explains how an iPad and iPhone can work together to give you the ability to make calls from the iPad: https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/ipad/ipadf97892b2/ipados

Note your SIM or eSIM may need O2's help to activate - contact O2 via the X or Messenger links under Social Media in this Guide: How to find help & contact O2
