Ipad 12.9 freezing

Hi, I bought a reconditioned 12.9 ipad in June last year and the problem I have is that it freezes intermittently. I cannot type or scroll for 10 seconds and then okay. 2 months ago I got it fixed by O2 and they sent it back saying fixed and it seemed okay, but it's started freezing again.

I'm on the latest ios software.

Anyone else have this issue? I've only a month of warranty left and I'm worried that getting it fixed again will only mean it happens again outside of warranty.

Anything I can do? Design flaw or just my device? Cheers.
