I have a Samsung S22 so 5g is supported and my contract includes 5g. But whenever I am in a 5g area the internet stops working. If I turn 5g off in settings it works again with 4g. But not an ideal solution as I want to use the 5g. O2 customer support is not connecting so trying here.

Mot likely a network fault in the area.

This came up about 6 months ago in central Manchester. Took them a bit to fix it though
