Internet issues on iPhone previously used on Vodaphone

My partner is on o2 and has not issues on using 4G for the internet.

However I have recently moved over from vodaphone. I am using my iPhone 11 which I was using on vodaphone, as it is unlocked. For me my internet seems to be slow at times, even when we’re stood next to my partner, browsing the same site. We tried multiple locations stood by each other and it’s still an issue for me. I’ve checked data settings and all set to idata, as detailed online.

Could anybody assist?

Hi @jlesco - you've checked the APN has been changed from Voda's to O2's APN, good.  Is iTunes working correctly (try it on WiFi first, if your cellular data is ropy)?  iTunes does some carrier-related magic on your phone, it seems: https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Archive/iPhone-will-NOT-connect-to-internet-unless-on-wifi/td-p/1586...
