Internet for 02 shows connected, but don’t work

If I go anywhere & the restaurant or shop shows 02 being the network, my phone says connected, but just freezes

Make sure WiFi is switched off, and that your mobile data is switched on your Mobile Data settings are set to mobile.o2.co.uk

It is also worth try a network settings reset.
