Internet abroad

Hi, I have issue with my internet connection in Poland. internet doesn't work in Poland. When I've been in USA my internet was working perfectly. The only one country where I have problem is Poland. 

I've restart my mobile network settings, my phone, turned ON roaming, but still my internet doesn't work. Can you help me?
