International number when dialled being abrred

Trying to phone an International mobile which I have phoned many times before but it is coming up saying Call is barred. There is no barring switched on in the settings in the phone. It is a Blackberry Passport. Can't figure out how to fix.

I would call Customer Services, and check for an spend cap limits or any international call bars on your account.
