Did the APN suggestion provided by @Enlli solve your problem ?
If it didn't, it can be a good idea to ty a different SIM in the handset, and to try the SIM in a different 'phone. You could also try a PAYG SIM from another network in your handset.
That will help to isolate whether it is a SIM problem, a network problem or a handset problem.
