Incoming calls - no caller ID

Since Thursday all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS,

called O2 twice (they just googled it and offered no solutions!), been to a store and done a SIM swap. When another SIM,

with another account and number, is placed into my phone it works fine! It seems to be baffling everyone. Anyone have any ideas??….

Finally ! To my shock my calls are now back to normal as of this afternoon. Hopefully it stays fixed! I have to say that I’m not very impressed with a service that I pay good money for, that not only has this taken 3 weeks but also o2’s numerous promises about calls backs and promised messages back to me that have just gone ignored or not bothered to be back in contact is disgusting. To the point I will be considering a new network next time I choose to change my phone. Thing’s really need to improve!

I’ve been having the same issue since mid September where all incoming calls are showing as No Caller ID. Any chance this can be looked into on my account?
