Incoming calls - no caller ID

Since Thursday all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS,

called O2 twice (they just googled it and offered no solutions!), been to a store and done a SIM swap. When another SIM,

with another account and number, is placed into my phone it works fine! It seems to be baffling everyone. Anyone have any ideas??….

@Maggie81

I'm afraid @O2nath_ci isn't on today. I'll tag @O2Georgina who should be able to help you. She's on from 8am.

@Maggie81

Just a thought...Have you rebooted your phone? (Turned it on and off a few times?) If not, try that first.

I’ve had this issue since Thurs 15 Sept. I’ve spoken to customer support who escalated it to tech, and tech have failed to respond, or provide a solution. Some good news - the customer support person I spoke to last week confirmed that if it hadn’t been sorted by yesterday, O2 would let me cancel my contract and issue a PAC code so that I can go elsewhere.
I’ve added an O2 ESim for work, and that works fine (except for the rubbish 4G/5G because, you know, it’s O2).
