Incoming calls 'UKNOWN'

Hi everyone.....

Since the 'seamless' migration from Virgin, all my calls on my Motorola G82 5G on Android 12 are coming in as 'UNKNOWN'.

It appears ( after a number of calls to customer support) that the problem lies with Motorola. 

And from what they are saying it involves all Motorola phones that were migrated from Virgin to O2???

Motorola are working on a fix - no ETA as yet.

Just wondering if there ARE other users with the same issue????

Wife's new O2 SIM works fine with caller display, so go ahead and request your own new SIMs from O2.

SIM card changed from Virgin media to O2 and problem resolved.

Thanks for confirming, @John_F - another solution to put on the list: "No incoming caller-id? Moved over from Virgin? Still using Virgin SIM? Request a replacement SIM from O2!" ✅

Yes I have the same issue but thought it was O2 as my Vodaphone SIM works fine.
