Hi I’m looking for help with a imei and gprs bar on my phone .. after losing my phone and calling to report it lost and then it being returned to me trying to get these bar lifted has been a nightmare .. 😡.. I have wait 4 24 hours and also been into o2 shop and got a new sim but I am still not able to make or receive any calls or txt and also no mobile data .. so I am left with a phone that has no purpose does anyone know a solution to this as I’m getting nowhere with customer service

@Nikkel77

We've had a few of these lately.

Firmly ask O2 to replace your phone as they are incapable of reversing the bar.

If they have to replace enough phones it may motivate them to fix their issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
