IPhone 12 Pro Max dropping connection

Recently upgraded to an IPhone 12 Pro Max.  It’s constantly dropping phone and internet connection connection.  Very annoying when on the phone.  I’ve tried all the reset recommendations online. 02 have sent a new sim and still doing it.  Is there an issue with this phone model? Or something else I’m missing
