I've only had my new phone and SIM for a few months but have noticed that there are certain websites (eg british airways) where I've now been told because my IP address has been blacklisted is the reason why I'm not able to access this. I have NO idea why it's blacklisted, and a virtual VPN does not work. I've tried to get delisted but I'm not a tech person so don't understand what I need to do. I've looked and apparently O2 assigns the IP addresses. Please can you advise?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

See if you can access the same sites on wifi and if the issue is when on 5g, try them on 4g.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
