I want to change my contact details to my right owner which yous have it down as my mams contact number I want it changing to me which is the main user and won't let me change it

You need to sign up for your own contract and pass the credit and affordability checks and once you have completed this, then you and your mum will need to contact o2 and ask them to migrate the number over to the new contract...
Be aware any termination fees or device plan remaining will become due
