I can't login pay bill either been trying pay last month now can't ring out or receive text. Only phone in the house don't have landline

Use Skype to call Payment Management Guide: A Guide to Skype 

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
