Hi, I just switched to O2. I have already provided my PAC but the new SIM card O2 sent me has a new number.

Can you change it for me please? or send me indications to do it myself becuase form your website it's not clear at all

First off remove your PAC, code and Phone numbers from this PUBLIC  forum, you have provided enough information  for someone to take over your number, and you have no recourse as you posted it here.. 

Your new sim will have the temporary phone number until the switch happens, this will be when you get a text from o2 to say it is going through..
