I want to cancel an iPhone order I didn't make!!

I was phoned today by O2 telling me I was chosen for a 40% reduction on my current set up. I told him I didn't want an iPhone 13 Pro as I get hand me down phones. He also said to keep my custom I could have an Apple Watch, black or white, for free! Since that call I've received numerous texts about Pay Monthly terms, O2 Refresh. I'm on a SIM card only contract costing me approx £10.50 per month.

I've been onto O2 Customer Service who cancelled the said order, but I've received no confirmation & the other texts keep on coming!!! HELP

Firstly it's a scam.

You ned to call O2 and report it as fraud.

Other ways to report here including Action Fraud website
