I’ve had £20 taken from my bank but haven’t received the refund

Hi I applied for iPhone XR and £20 was taken from my wallet pay but hadn’t been refunded back

Has your application been refused? If so the bank usually hold any deposit in a shadow account and then return it if you fail the credit check. For any other reason you need to contact O2.
