I used express checkout to purchase something and the order isn’t showing up

I was trying to purchase a pay monthly sim + phone and i used express checkout. I payed via paypal and £30 was taken out of my bank account. It then took me to another site and the screen is blank. I haven’t had any email confirmation and the purchase isn’t showing up in myo2. Pretty stuck on what i should do.
