I have been having issues with my phone where my social media displays different to how it used to and my data is being ate up so badly. I went to the police/ work and found a number in my phone that everything was diverting to.

You cant clone GSM sim cards or phones. 

It sounds like an app which has a vulnerability has been exploited. 

What I would suggest is removing the phone number and any forwarding setup via the phones menu, then factory resetting the phone and starting again (make sure you back up and photos or anything you want to kee).
