Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It can take 24-48hrs for services to be restored after a late payment,. Best thing to do is in the morning call o2 on 0800 902 0217 from any phone.
