Every time I click live chat it disappears and nothing comes up, does o2 still have live chat to speak to an agent or a email?

they do but the live chat servers are having a few problems, sometimes its best to wait on the screen and the live chat will have a "begin" prompt appear

It's far better contact O2 directly @Lewcox. Live chat are only there to deal with the most basic issues.
