We are trying to set up a Ricoh printer onto our O2 Business Broadband and have been asked to change the private IP range for this to work. How do I change the IP address?

Surely it would be easier to change the IP address on the Printer, sounds like a lazy Ricoh engineer in telling you to change a range on the router...

The link to the router is Type 'http://o2router.lan' into your browser and press Enter.
The O2 Business Broadband advanced settings should load.

If you cant find where to do this, you will need to give the Broadband Support team a call, on 8222 from an o2 phone ...

You need to login to the routers control panel.

Password should be on the routers label.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
