I was meant to get a phone deliverd this morning and still haven't received anything not even an email. I have an appointment today at 15:30 and cant leave home until I have received my phone nor cancel my appointment because I have no phone. Can someone please track my order???

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

@Sean88 If you haven't had an email then it wont be coming today.
You get an email once its dispatched, then you can track it via My O2.
