I have an Apple Watch (not via O2)
I want to add a data plan but when I select Mobile Data through the Watch App it opens up the O2 login but when I add my password the sign in button is still greyed out.
Any suggestions? I can’t get through to any support to upgrade.

Apple watch data plans are tariff dependent and if you pay by direct debit.
You also need iData bolt on and wifi/4g calling enabled.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
