I switched from 3 network to O2, initially I received physical sim and raised request for esim. When I'm trying to scan the code it says "unable to activate esim, contact O2 for assistance". I had a call with O2 support team using my physical sim and in the process don't know what she has done, now I lost network on physical sim and esim is also not activating. On busy day you have barred services, apologies which is not at all acceptable.

I spoke to an O2 support agent over the phone, and I don't know what she did, but now my physical sim's network is down and my eSIM won't activate. Apologies, You have restricted services on a busy day, which is not unacceptable.

The best bet is to pop into an o2 shop with photo ID, and get them to do a sim swap there an then for you, as it sounds like CS are now sending you a new esim pack.
