I'm a victim of fraud

Hi there I recently had a call of someone I believed to be o2 but now having looked back I believe I was a victim of fraud, I have changed my password back to something only I would know now but I've looked and I've got an I phone on order which I did not place, can you help me please.

You need to contact O2 immediately and report it.
