I keep getting bills by SMS/email for £0 after ending my airtime plan

Dear o2,

 

Why am I continually receiving text messages and emails relating to billing, despite the fact I have no active airtime contract with O2? I have received three text messages and have no way of stopping them it seems (no products show under myo2). Please assist.

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
