I have upgraded to an iPhone 13 pro. It has arrived with a new sim. Do I need to use the new sim or simply swap my existing sim into the new phone

The new sim will be 5G so you can swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

Or just use the old sim which will only be 4G. If you swap, you will need to be in an area which offers 5G though.
