I have two phone numbers, how do I merge accounts?

Hi I have two mobile numbers but the accounts are not merged - how do I merge them as one is not set up correctly and I want to upgrade them both?

Log into your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and select the option to "Bring in other products".
Follow the instructions on screen to log in to the other account and then merge the two together.

What if I have never set this account up as got through carphone warehouse?

Same applies. Although you bought from CPW it was an O2 contract.
