Voicemail may need to be set up, @Lyns7777 - Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

Your phone may need a reboot, or your SIM may need to be taken out and cleaned carefully with a lint-free cloth to clean the contacts. Good luck!

Easiest way is to take phone and SIM and photo id into an O2 shop, @Lyns7777.

You could request a free SIM and swap your number from old to new on-line if you wish, assuming your MyO2 is working. https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

Thanks, just done a network check and it appears there are some issues with the local mast so I’ll drive somewhere and try it from there to check

Well done! The SIM in other phone bit made me wonder, assume the other phone was not on O2...

Glad you got sorted, @Lyns7777 👍🏼
