I have no service for the last 24 hours, unable to make calls which is vital for my work. Help

As above stated, my i phone for the last 24 hours does not allow me to make calls or receive texts. Only calls via whats app. I require my phone for work purposes I really need support, but unable to get contact via your platform which is frustrating

Thanks for your reply, all link you have attached I have tried also removed sim etc and no luck! Why are there no actual people who work for O2 to speak to? Ridiculous
