I have no network on my new phone after 24 hours

I’ve bought a new iPhone so my old phone was disconnected. I e transferred onto my new phone but I can’t make calls or receive. There’s no network.

You may need the iData bolt on....you also  need to contact O2. You can download Skype and use that Guide: A Guide to Skype 

or chat to them via Social media.

You can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

You can use your old sim if it was an upgrade.
