So I have recently switched from pay as you go to a 12 month contract and with the swap over I decided to go for an eSIM and also still keep the same number so I was trying to get in to try find my eSIM to activate it as my primary as today was the day it was supposed to switch over and now when I try to login to the myo2 app now it asks for the number in which I am changing over to contract and I can’t revive the messages to authenticate what should I do

Yep, it's the latest crackpot idea by O2 to make everybody's life more difficult.
