Hello,

 

I have lost visual voicemail on my iPhone for several weeks now and I do not receive notifications when I receive a voicemail.  I have called o2, I have rebooted my iphone several times, reset the network settings, sent 9011 to STATE and turned on/off my mailbox and I have tried to change my voicemail password. None of these have worked, please help. I have been missing voicemails and it is very frustrating.

You need to call O2 and ask for iData to be enabled on your account.

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

Hi, thanks for this - looking at my APN, i can see that idata is already enabled but i will call 02 and request this nonetheless.

You can't see what's on your account. You only see your phones connection settings. It needs to be enabled by O2 first.
