I have been trying to pay my overdue bill for 2 weeks

I cannot log onto my o2 as my number has been disconnected and I have called 7/8 times now either being on (automated) hold then cut off or terminating the call after being on hold over an hour (i have a video screen grab as evidence) and on the one occasion i did get through the agent could not take payment so he tried to transfer me and i was cut off. These delays have jeopardised my account so what do I do now?

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 

 

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@NS27 When you eventually get through to Payment Management set up a Direct Debit to avoid this happening in the future.
