I have been home all day on my internet. Popup just informed me that I have been charged 2 pounds for data?

Perhaps your wifi dropped out for a while?

Turn off mobile data in your phone settings.
If your wifi does then drop out, you won't be charged.

Yes I did right away but that doesn't get me my money back. I will be keeping the data off while at home. I didn't realize I had used all my data up and was being billed.

Thank you that is what I needed to know. I didn't realize I had used all my data up or I wouldn've been billed. Only 5 pounds as I have a very low limit they can bill. I wish I could get their app so I could see what is happening with the account.
